I think you can help me. I hope you can I’m looking for people who knew my brother also named Jim Cox. I’m fairly certain He passed in August 95 in Portland and was part of the cascade project. I’ve been searching all my life for my siblings (12 in total) and he’s the last one. And I just need some kind of closure so that someway somehow he knows there was a whole army of us looking for him
