Well I think it was a good action suing the landlord, I went through something like that but at work. I told my employer that I was positive for hiv to justify my absence. And he decided to tell one of his employees and the employee didn't want to work around with me. But since I had nearly started that job. The owner took my weekly hours and only gave me Saturday. Here is another case that makes things confusion for some people. In this case it doesn't matter what the city law says, Federal law over rides city laws. Not all landlords accept HUD section 8 programs. There is no law that states a landlord must accept a 3rd party to pay a persons rent.
