Circumcision doesn’t stop HIV For instance, Mozambique is one of countries with the highest HIV prevalence in adults. It’s a country where circumcision wasn’t a common practice. But, despite the many millions of dollars spent on preventing the spread of HIV, and having attained 63% circumcised men (age group 15 to 49) since VMMC implementation programs in a few years, the disease is continuing to advance in Mozambique. Show me one part of the human body that doesn't serve a purpose. The foreskin gives protection to the penis. Adenoids and tonsils are involved in infection fighting. The appendix may have functions we do not know of. Cut anything out only if necessary - not as a fad, a belief, to conform or on a whim.

Genital mutilation is not the answer to the world AIDS epidemic! Education is the only solution. Non consenting infant and forced adolescent circumcision is a HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION!! Why is it acceptable to remove one of the most sensitive and erogenous parts of the male body without permission. How about all you women out there who choose to mutilate your baby boys have your clitoral hoods removed. Hmmmmmmm just saying

Yikes - Well, at least after having a male genital mutilation done (VMMC) the male doesn't need to wear a condom - oh wait, yes they do. And the transmission rate among intact verses those undergoing male genital mutilation when both groups wear a condom is exactly the same - almost zero. So, tell me again, why the medical community is spending millions to preform the most radical type of circumcision? Oh yeah, PrePex makes millions on the male genital mutilation (VMMC) and zip on a condom.
