So what does manslaughter have anything to do with this article? Discrimination is just that, also I'm assuming he has healthcare insurance, Section 1557 of the ACA, clearly states this is a form of discrimination, even if he had no insurance the hospital should have someone on staff able to apply for Emergency health assistance thru Medicaid for that one visit. He must have something in order to purchase his medication. there should be a paper trail, showing who the insurance carrier is.

It did happen I am James rolkiewicz and it happen to other people as well cause they are coming forward I was not the only person beat up by that cop that night so a hour before me he beat some one else up yes this is still happening and the stigma of hiv has not changed since the beginning I was there I lived through it and gay rights
