The problem with these programs is that they run out of money quickly or the endless bureaucracy makes it impossible! As others said... what's this article about? How can we benefit?
How does all this translate in the real world for us ,real people?
here is a link to the bill if interested https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/3700 may need to copy and paste
Horrible article with no details??? Does this change the opportunities for HIV poz homeowners? How do I benefit from the changes?
I totally agree with jmtodd28 - this article is nearly useless. C'mon, provide details or don't waste our time!!
Great! How about giving us some details here. Who qualifies for this program? Is it a program for homeless or rent-controlled users only? How do you find out where you go locally to inquire about this program? What about home owners living with HIV? What are the phases of this five years? is it by region? by dollar? or by volume of use? This is a nearly useless article.
Here's a novel idea: Instead of giving people with HIV or AIDS a housing stipend, how about increasing their SS disability checks to 3k a month so they can afford to actually live life! The wealthy spend 1k a month on their dogs!
