This is what perversion lacking mandatory testing has resulted in... Why not require testing for every one getting a Drivers License or ID card, so at the vary least they'll get tested yearly. I know of several Senior citizens who are Positive because they "knew" the people they we with didn’t pose a chance of being infected. I also was at the wrong end of a needle jab… It is HELL waiting for the results even if you can get them, HIV isn’t the only disease one can get from a jab.
