How about Obama create, fund, and sustain programs to provide reliable treatment for Americans living with HIV. There are still too many people in our own country who don't have reliable access to life-saving treatment, or who die while waiting on medication lists. It's disgraceful that we can take care of the rest of the world but neglect our own people. Charity begins at home, then help others. Shouldn't the UN take more of a role in helping other countries rather than the US alone?
