A problem that many do tots and laymen in general overlook is the stigma that comes with long term AIDS and the loss of bone, degenerating back stenosis and the fact that every opportunistic disease takes further strength away from a patient. As an AIDS survivor of 31 years, I would like to see doctors come up with something that will control the pain yet not take away more medications that obstruct quality of life.
