Appreciative of your honesty, Michael. It’s inspiring. So much so, I am reconsidering blowing the dust off and re-entering the stigma fighting ring. It’s a fight still worth fighting, with potential for causing prevention, reducing shame, encouraging good self care and enlightening those who don’t live with it and the powerful subset making significant decisions affecting those of us who do, don’t know yet, or might someday.
