I want to say this program is kind of BMS to fund a new program to ask the community to try and understand kindness to a HIV person. However if BMS would like to take the leadership in helping HIV folks by a cupon or bone to the community then I like to see them reduce their prices on ARV by 50 percent and open their books up for all to see the cost of their pills and profits. If we are going to have fair and free trade agreements then the PR spins on throwing a bone to the community must stop
