I Think this gentleman is quit anointed in his faith works and a man of courage. One line in this essay that I found striking is where he did not disclosed to his family in not trusting them within his family love. This inner stigma of us HIV positive people is overwhelming fear. When it is confronted HIV has no power over us. The comment below is true in most communities of talk behind one's backs and doors closing in economic venues,if one discloses, the isolation can be deadly. Hum Hum

I am glad that his business and his life are now quite successful after revealing his positive status on Project Runway. But those of us who live in small towns still deal with the stigma of being positive and to grand stand and reveal this would be heart breaking and very unhealthy mentally for that one HIV positive person.
