I read your article with great enthusiasm. I have been HIV positive since 1984 and I took all the early medications as they were made available - including AZT. My partner died in 1994 and I have been surviving pretty much alone since. After having survived till now, I retired believing that it was now time for me to enjoy life. Unfortunately, I find myself doing battle with a multitude of new health issues, including all that you mentioned. How can I help make a difference? Best, Brian
