I find it astounding that the researchers relay the kidney failure to HIV when the actual cause is long term use of some of the medications. Even then the true findings are tubular necrosis, Why the FDA has not pulled some of these widely used drugs is nothing more than criminal. Then what would I know. I am only a dialysis nurse who has a partner who is recovering from acute tubular necrosis.
