Positively Thriving

• consider sharing your status with your closest friends. The energy required to hide it can be draining. Good friends will be supportive and help you feel connected in good times and bad. Keeping secrets separates you from people. Hiv is a virus, not something shameful. • make sure you get enough good quality sleep and have good sleep habits. • make sure you get good nutrition and acquire the knowledge and skills to eat healthy. Don't depend on your doctor for this!
