I was having the same issues for well over five years. It was to the point I was depressed and suicidal. Simply sick and tired of being sick and tired. My Doctor suggested a sleep and they found I had a mild case of sleep apnea so my doctor was able to prescribe Provigil (Modafinil). It's completely changed my life. Once I started the Provigil, normally every day round 3:00 I suddenly had the energy and mental clairty to shop for groceries, everything I'd stopped doing. Talk to your Doctor.
I feel the same way, especially after starting on Complera. I am extremely tired. I talked to my doctor about it, he said he didn't think it had anything to do with the meds but maybe a change in my lifestyle. • consider sharing your status with your closest friends. The energy required to hide it can be draining. Good friends will be supportive and help you feel connected in good times and bad. Keeping secrets separates you from people. Hiv is a virus, not something shameful. • make sure you get enough good quality sleep and have good sleep habits. • make sure you get good nutrition and acquire the knowledge and skills to eat healthy. Don't depend on your doctor for this!
It comes and goes, some days I need a cane, others I can move about just fine, some know, some don't, do I keep making excuses?

Don't tell your friends ... they will look at you like you are a walking dead man.
