how much of this is true? what is your secret?

I am one of the original long term nonprogressors in the NIH study done in the 90's which identified a genetic defect that kept me healthy. For you it means you must control stress. I too had t-cells of 1000 for over 12 years until I worked on a project requiring 60 hour work weeks, which effected nutrition and exercise. Being a nonprogessor does buy time until improvements in medication or possible cure arrive.

Sorry, being diagnosed with HIV in 2013 does not qualify you as en elite controller. Come back if you are undetectable without treatment in 2023.
