I completely agree. We need to implement this program nationwide. I’ve recently read the new statistics from the CDC and they predict that 1 – 16 African American males will be diagnosed as HIV positive sometime throughout their lifetime. This is Astronomical. Let’s wake up Black America before it’s too late.
