I am one who votes NO on this because if you really look into people who use drugs, a lot of them start out using marijuana, but it only works to give them a high for about one year to a year and a half, and then it doesn't work as well so they then move unto cocane, heroin and many other illegal drugs. This is why I would vote no to make it have to have a prescription for it and get from drug store. There are way to many other pain meds that will work if they just give it a try.

Again the band plays on and it seems with AMA's Dr. Gupta's Endorsement of 10 year old science that a 5th grader can comprehend; many are coming on board slowly like a snail to allow Americans to Grow and Consume a Natural Fruit like a Tomato. This potential hundreds of billions of dollars of business that is being done in American many think it is injustice to allow Mexican Drugs dealer to reap the profits. Many American States like Kentucky and Tenn want to grow and sell this natural produce.
