Look at the big strong Arnold Man kicking up the diseased, unhealthy, girly men. That's $52 Million in direct suffering you've now added to your cause there, Governor. Kick 'em again harder!
Well he is a Republican But seriously isn't California in a bad way as far as their budget for the state, so I am guessing that there was other things cut like pay raises right ?
