I'm skeptical of all HIV antibody tests and PCR tests in general. If the same companies made tests for other things, which could actually be verified, then I'd give more substance to their HIV antibody and PCR tests. Until then I will remain dubious of their HIV antibody and PCR tests which test for markers that are not specific for HIV antibodies. I do, though, of course take precautions against acquiring HIV and any other viruses or indeed bacteria.
