Quitting smoking is by far the most difficult thing I've ever done, but it has been SO worth it. I quit in Aug 2000 when I had a quadruple bypass (another side effect of the HIV meds) At the time I lived with a smoker that refused to smoke outside, but I still made it. I had tried too many times before to quit, but the heart surgery put me over the line. I hope nobody has to quit the way I did. I really enjoyed smoking and didn't "want" to quit. Now I wish I never started.

I smoke, I am a white undetectable female. I went to college, an never used hard drugs, just some pot no alcohol. The reason that I wont quit is I enjoy it. I'm not depressed, sad, or poor.
