I would prefer results by text or app. An automated alert is best in my opinion. If a person would prefer a phone call then s/he could opt out. The important thing is always that results are accurate, timely received and of course from your blood sample. So, it still remains all important that your sample is properly labelled and matched to your details at the time of being taken and then processed without any mix-up. The alert / results system should then be infallibly automated and speedy.
