I suggest that STI testing rates are also too low among HIV negative bi and gay men, too. Don't just put this on guys who are poz. It's just not safe to go with any guy these days regardless of his HIV status. Guys seem to be mostly stupid, ignorant, carless or else selfish. They piss me off! This idiocy and selfishness among men in general is why STDs have persisted.
