I am glad that Subway got sued. I am HIV positive and I am not ashamed of my status and I would be ticked off if I got fired because of my status. That is why I want to work for an organization that will stop companies for firing people because of their status. I worked for McDonalds for 8 years and never told them because of their ignorance about this subject. That is just not fair and I hope this person wins.
