The question now is if you marry in a state that has gay marriage and you move to another state that does not how does this affect you? And how does this affect federal benefits?
A landmark case for LGBT folks across the country. What a day in our history. I am glad to be standing on the right side of history!!!!!

I am so delighted and happy that the Supreme court has made the right decision. Although I think it will take an act of God to get Virginia to do the right thing by it's LGBT community.

this is great; however, for those who have partners who live in another country, we still can't sponsor to bring them to the USA to marry (like straight couples can).
