Why are so many easily distracted from the real question. What a law does, whether or not it's a good or bad law, or what the outcome of overturning it will be are all completely 100% irrelevant; if it is unconstitutional. The majority of this article and the vast amount of these comments are irrelevant. What is irrelevant? A conversation on whether or not this law is worth changing to make it constitutional or if we need to change the Constitution to make it constitutional.
