I think this is good, but I would have to say it is far from being right. For we can only count those who have been tested during the previous year, and there are so many others living in the USA who have been infected and are to afraid to get tested for one reason or another and don't know they have it until they are sick and already have AIDS. So I can bet that the number is actually up from other years because of those who have HIV are still having unprotected sex.
