In an article about reducing stigma we get reinforcement of stigma. Does condomless sex only happen with HIV negative or status unknown people. It's just natural sex without a condom. If two PLWHAs/ pozzies have sex all the definitions around Prep are redundant. Why should positive sex be defined with responses that only relate to a separate community?

Aidspeak was a language of good intentions in the Aids epidemic. Aidspeak was a language of death. Its saddening that Aidspeak continues to be propagated by "activists" and continues to cause harm. Facing reality is always the first step to improve anything. Trying to change language doesn't change anything.
