Thank God! I lived in Jasper, Georgia from 2004 - 2011 which is one hour north of Atlanta. I sold a home I owned for 1/4 of appraisal value in a depressed market in order to relocate for good healthcare resulting in me having to "spend down" in order to get healthcare. I was homeless for a time but now receiving excellent care in CA.
