“Programs should address women’s informational needs and continue to emphasize that condoms remain critical, regardless of male partner’s circumcision status." We have been saying this since certain individuals began pushing for "mass circumcision" in 2006. We have been warning since that the message would send the wrong message. Millions are being spent on radical surgery when, in the end, it's condom use that needs to be emphasized.
