Rae, have you ever considered that you may not tolerate certain foods? Refined, heavily processed foods are not good for those of us with compromised immune systems (or anyone really). I am sure that you could improve your digestive system by eating whole, unrefined food, limiting sugar and cutting back on dairy.

Oh lord, I'm with ya! It just sneaks out when you least expect it, and there I am in the hotel lobby, headed for the elevator and theses just no stopping it. I've been taking probiotics that have helped some, but there's that awful moment when you know it's coming and there's nothing you can do about it. Crap!
