Prep can work, like all medications, if you stick to it. My doctor has stopped giving out prep. Too many patients do not follow 'the rules'. They treat it as a party drug. They take it when they want, and develop a strain that is resistant to Truvada. The LBGT community protests against him. It is disgraceful. It is not a party drug. It is not a morning after pill. I've been positive for 35 years. It is not a game, it is not easy. Young people need to get this thru their thick head.
