Did I read this right ? A long letter which doesn’t mention the word “cure” once? Could that possibly be right and sane? To talk about ending HIV without once referring to the urgent unmet need for a cure. Here’s a better option. Don’t write at all if you can’t see that PLHIV don’t want a never-ending nonprofit HIV infrastructure - we want a cure, an end to this nonsense, memorialise this desperate episode between 1980-202? and then let us get on with our lives.
