Dear Regan, I am Dr. Yen, Director of Division for Diseases Control and Prevention,Taipei. We met at Taipei Saloon and I greatly enjoyed your presentation at the AIDS summit in Taipei on July 13-14. I regret that during the summit I did not have enough time to show my appreciation, but I am truly inspired by your courage and commitment to AIDS prevention and education. I am deeply touched that you are just like an angel to us, through the pain you gained you have chosen to dedicate yourself to raising risk awareness for HIV infection. I would like to hear your ideas for AIDS education and promotion in the general population, because I agree with you that those at highest risk are those who think they are not at risk.
