This is great news. I wish I could share in the authors excitement. In middle Tennessee services have declined steadily, rwpc does not reflect the HIV+ community. Hopwa is managed by uhs. The hopwa rep prioritizes the needs of uhs and neglects the needs of the people which generated the funding. HIV has become big business. HIV care continues to decline. Much money is funneled into programs that work for aso's but provide no improvement for clients quality of life. #Mixedemotions
