The Medicaid Unwinding Period: A Message for the HIV Community [UPDATED]

I for 28 years have been in Medicaid QMB program but this January we got an 8.5% social security increase. This increase through me into SLMB Medicaid which only pays doctors 80%. The increase was large because of massive inflation but I'm paying more to doctors now. When will the cost of living be readjusted for 2024? I only make 8 dollars over QMB limit. The government is that way in you get an increase it kicks you out of other benefits so you don't come out ahead at all.
