Dear Dr. Redfield: We're in a dire situation about short of Surgical Face Masks for the USA. In the US market, we only can buy some face cover, cheap Chinese masks... You know that only the Surgical Face Masks can prevent the spread of COVID19. Fortunately, Taiwan exported a lot of them to the rest of the world. Such as Japan can buy it from a vending machine. I heard from my sister that only the USA government has never asked for it. Would you do it for all the people in the USA? Thanks a lot
