Rape should never be tolerated; the rapist must be called out and reported to police. But if the person did not stop the attack, did not leave the apartment where it occurred, and allowed it to happen a second time, was it rape? I also have an issue with people crying rape and destroying someone's life. I just hope the guy used a condom, so he didn't expose himself to any diseases.
