A stand alone TAF would be something I hope to be able to include in my current 3 part combo, by replacing Zidovudine which is causing myopathy. I currently take Nevirapine and Lamivudine successfully, but the AZT or Tenofovir TDF alternatives cause muscle pain or kidney pain. THANKS, Peter R

Please consider TAF as a stand alone drug. I have been waiting for TAF as I wanted to replace it in my three-drug combo. Viread has shown to be too toxic, Sincerely Jack Neill

Definitely the manufacturer needs to make this important and innovative drug available to patients as a single drug.

Is TAF active against tenofovir resistant virus?

seems that those who experience kidney and bone problems can form a class action suit against Gilead once TAF is approved but not made available in a stand-alone pill for those on complicated salvage regimens that don't have the option of taking Gilead's FDCs and must take TDF.

Sometimes we need to start slow and Progress,I had kidney issues with tenofovir in a study done in PACT in Pittsburgh! So maybe instead of combining a bunch of drugs just use the changed version for now!
