Well said! As a full time HIV clinical pharmacist I still see way too many newly diagnosed people coming into our clinic. While I practice in Canada in a province that has AMAZING coverage of antiretrovirals, there are still way too many young people getting diagnosed with HIV and it breaks my heart. While now a chronic disease and not a killer, HIV still means a lifetime if drugs that are not devoid of adverse effects, and the stigma has NOT disappeared. WAKE UP people! Use condoms! Don't share needles! PROTECT yourselves!!!!
