David, Empowering messages and leadership like what you are providing on your blog have been a key survival strategy for many of us since the first days of the epidemic. But today, when a diagnosis is more lonely and stigmatizing than ever, your words of encouragement, advice and, ultimately, love, are a welcome addition that will make a difference in many lives. Glad you're blogging at poz.com.
Thanks David. This affirmation is right on time.
Dear David thank you for your help. I was diagnosed + last Year it was shocking, on that time I cried almost every day but time was a good medicine and to meet people as brave like you make me realize that I could have a very good life, that life was not over. As you said positive thinking is very powerful weapon that people like us need. I'm going to follow your advice. My best wishes for you Jose

David. I was thinking it as I was reading you posting and then came to it. Face the demons but within oneself and deal with them but when that's done correctly. Then one can go out and face the world as the powerful person they are. Dealing with this alone gives power. It can take a big toll as you mentioned. I've been positive now for 20 yrs this past oct, 17 and have some matters that need attention but have to say that I am doing pretty good, Thank God. You Keep that positive attitude and energy and you will be just fine given the day and time that we're in today 2010. God Speed. Peace and Blessings.
