Interesting -- it seems to me that even testing annually could still leave one at a loss in terms of knowing the exact incident of transmission, but nonetheless, it's important. I think a lot of folks (whether engaged in risky behavior or not) fall into the "B" category -- afraid of that Day of Reckoning -- and it stops them from testing. It's too bad, because earlier testing means earlier treatment.
