Our Frankford Avenue Health Center has been a pillar in the community for over 20 years, and the healthcare providers and staff reflect the diversity and uniqueness of one of Philadelphia's most dynamic neighborhoods. Located directly under the El in the heart of Frankford, the center expanded in 2004 to accommodate the growing demand for services, adding 25 extra exam rooms. Frankford is the only GPHA health center that also offers outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment on-site, through our Frankford Behavioral Healthcare location.
To provide quality comprehensive primary healthcare, health education, human services, behavioral healthcare and child development services to families and individuals throughout the Delaware Valley regardless of the ability to pay.
