Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is a multicultural organization committed to Brockton and surrounding communities. BNHC is looking for Licensed Social Workers for the Harm Reduction Clinic. The clinical social worker for the Harm Reduction Clinic is part of a multidisciplinary Office-based Addiction Treatment  team working with nurses, behavioral health clinicians, recovery coaches, community health workers, medical assistants, and providers for patients with opioid and/or alcohol use disorder that are interested in treatment with buprenorphine or naltrexone. Candidates must be Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, or a related major and hold a license or be license eligible. LADAC certified preferred.
