It is a disgusting situation. The rich in Pakistan get new syringes and needles. The poor get reused ones - reused again and again and again All medics and government officials in the know about this in Pakistan ought to be ashamed. Just look what has happened because of their negligence. It's an utter disgrace. It's the sort of thing you'd expect of the uneducated, but these people have no excuse.
