The NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt has finally finished unpacking its panels in Atlanta, where it will be stored when not globetrotting. Administrative offices are now in Washington, DC (former ED Andy Ilves crosses town to AIDS Action). Founder Cleve Jones and San Francisco officials will begin work this month to find a permanent salute to the Quilt’s Bay Area-birth.
