I'm overweight, diabetes 2, I smoke and I get zero excercise - plus I'm 56 year old woman. This article scares the hell out of me. Please pray for me because I don't want to die, I have so much life in me regardless if I get no excercise or not. I love helping people who come from backgrounds in HIV, addiction, Domestic Violence, and who were victims - now survivors of Parental Narcissistic abuse. I've overcome all those odds and I'm standing today A SURVIVOR. My health is not good. Pray ????
