Tghaney

I have two artificial hips, one makes a clicking sound and there is about a 1-1/2 inch difference in my leg lengths. I have had an aortic bypass because of arterial sclerosis. I know that I should walk to improve and maintain blood flow, but I tire quickly due to the uneven gait and I wonder if I am causing damage to the artificial hips if I walk substantial distances.

Positively Thriving

I'm 65 and have been poz for 20 years. I work out at a gym 3x a week for about 45 minutes, and jog or do sprints (high intensity interval training) 2x a week with friends. Working out boosts my mood most of all, but staying fit also boosts my self esteem and gives me the strength I need for daily activities and recreation that I enjoy, such as travel, gardening, sailing & dancing.
