Can you provide more details. This summary indicates 20 min cardio and weight training of 40 minutes. No mention of stretching. Since I passed 60, I feel that stretching is a must. Also is that intended to be a daily regimen? I have always use a 3 days of weight training but with age ( 73 now) I find that it is too much so I cut back to 2 days per week ( for 90 minutes) as well as 30 minutes cardio 3X/week. Stretching is about 20 minutes daily. Very interested in having more details
