I think getting tested early and starting meds when CD4 is about 500. Will increase life expectancy. I was tested positive 12 yrs ago with CD4 680 undetecble viral load in Africa. Started med with CD4 680 and viral load just 200. After 4 yrs. I requested to be on med even when my doctor did not approve. Since then I went back to undectable and ever been doing great. Never been to a doctor for any complain .
