You can blast Arnold all you want, but these shameful service-slashes are the result of the bashing given to Ryan White legislation back in late '06 by the GOP Congress. Obama and the Dems have not been much help to us either, Ryan White increases proposed this year are pitiful - if this legislation is not addressed and properly funded then more good agencies will close. And HIV will continue to spread. And services to PWAs continue to be cut in CA and here in New York!
